Ask the Local Expert at Weston’s Public Library

Mary Mitchell Miller Real Estate will be presenting a special “Ask the Local Expert” session entitled  “Tips on How to Sell in a Tough Real Estate Market”

Mary Mitchell Miller Real Estate is teaming up with the library to talk about steps that homeowners can take BEFORE as well as during the time they might have their home listed for sale. It’s still a buyer’s market in southern Vermont and sellers need to position themselves smartly and be reasonable with their expectations. As REALTORS, it is our job to keep everyone informed, excited and prepared. This presentation will give you some tips to get yourself poised and ready to jump into the process of selling a home.
